Chiilham is ideally located from which to explore the beautiful county of Kent. Whether its the seaside at Dickensian Broadstairs, or the county's oyster capital at Whitstable, neither is more than a short car journey away. Historic Canterbury with its cobbled lanes and stunning Cathedral, is but 10 minutes away, and even Paris is only 2 hours on the Eurostar, making a day trip for lunch and shopping, a reality !

If you are seeking National Trust properties and gardens, then you are spoilt for choice. Sissinghurst is our favourite !

For those guests without a car, fear not, Chilham is served by a mainline railway station and a good bus link.
